ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to write the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination for the second year BBA.LLB Hons course for the year 2018-2019.

2. Already, an interim order was granted by this Court in this Writ Petition on 02.11.2018, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue hall ticket to the petitioner to write the examination for the second year BBA LLB Hons course for the year 2018-2019.

Since the main prayer itself sought for by the petitioner is for the same relief and admittedly, the petitioner had sat for the examination, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
