ORDER

This writ petition had been filed to direct the 4th respondent to pay the gratuity dues of the petitioners together with interest at 10 % till the date of settlement, within a time frame to be fixed by the Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that except the 1st petitioner Mr.P.Zody, all other petitioners received the gratuity amount from the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also made a submission that the gratuity dues were already settled in favour of the employees. As far as the 1st petitioner Mr.Zody is concerned, 80% of the 3/6

gratuity amount has been already paid.

4.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to verify and find out the correctness of the calculation of the gratuity amount due to the 1st petitioner Mr.P.Zody and accordingly, settle the balance gratuity amount, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at all the petitioners have got any other grievances, they are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressal of their grievances.

5.With the above liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
