This application has been filed to amend the plaint to challenge the sale deed said to have been executed during the pendency of the suit in violation of the interim order.

2. This Court has already noticed the attachment passed.

3. At any event, any transaction during the pendency of the suit is subject to the result of the suit and the sale deed is subject to doctrine of lispendens.

Hence, there is no need to challenge those documents separately by way of amendment.

4. Hence, this Application is dismissed.
