Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to [i] extend the time for complying the condition imposed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) and to execute the bond ordered in Crl.M.P.No.13247/2018 in Crl.R.C.No.1136/2018 dated 04.10.2018 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other order/orders [IN CRL.MP.NO.14930 OF 2018] [ii] extend the time for complying the condition imposed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and to execute the bond ordered in Crl.M.P.No.13249/2018 in Crl.R.C.No.1138/2018 dated 04.10.2018 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other order/orders [IN CRL.MP.NO.

14931 OF 2018] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed an order in Crl.M.P.Nos.13246 and 13247 of 2018 in Crl.RC.No.1136 of 2018, imposing a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order to the credit of C.C.No.13566 of 2002 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track No.2), Egmore, Chennai.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the period granted for the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

had expired on 01.11.2018. Therefore, the petitioner filed these petitions before this Court seeking extension of time for complying with the condition as imposed by this Court in the order dated 04.10.2018.

3. Considering the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and also short time being asked to deposit the above said amount, the order passed by this Court on 04.10.2018, shall stand modified to the extent that the period of three weeks as mentioned in the earlier order to deposit the above said amount, is extended for a further period of one week from today and all other conditions as mentioned in the order dated 04.10.2018, shall remain intact as it is.
