O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in these revision petitions is for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ambattur to number the unnumbered O.S.SR.Nos.R6732, R6720 and R6736 of 2018 within a time frame.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioners have filed an application under Section 80(2) of CPC and also taking into account the Judgement of this Court reported in 2011 TNCJ 513, wherein, it is held that the suit against an board which is not a Government, is maintainable, the learned District Munsif, Ambattur is called upon to direct his Registry to number the suit in O.S.SR.Nos.R6732, R6720 and R6736 of 2018 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Registry is directed to return the original plaints to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 15.11.2018 Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No hvk
