2. It is the represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by passing the proceedings dated 01.02.2019, by the respondent herein. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the said order.
