Transfer Certificate, (d) Community Certificate and (e) Income Certificate to the petitioner.

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to return the original educational certificates such as (a) 10th Mark Sheet, (b) 12th Mark Sheet, (c) Transfer Certificate, (d) Community Certificate and (e) Income Certificate to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represents that the original certificates have been received by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
