O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to consider the draft of the agreement Reaffirming Assignment Deed sent under their cover of letter dated 08.02.2016 and to adjudicate the Stamp Duty payable thereon and to direct the respondent to register the draft of the agreement reaffirming assignment deed bearing the appropriate stamp duty as may be adjudicated to register the document.

2. Heard, the learned counsel on both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the stamp duty payable was already communicated and the same is paid and the draft of the agreement Reaffirming Assignment Deed and the stamp duty payable is adjudicated and registered.
