(CR.NO.143/2009) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.R.C.No.794/2017 dated 14.06.2017 directing the petitioner to report on the first working day of the month at 10.30am. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.HARI HARA SOMA SANKAR Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed an order on 14.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.Nos.7270 & 7272 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.794 of 2017, inter alia imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court, has been complied with by the petitioner, till 1st of December 2018. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that the condition as imposed on the petitioner for her appearance before the above said Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., shall stand removed.
