This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to release the Lorry bearing Registration No. AP 26 TJ 0145 which was seized by the second respondent on 19.09.2018 and thereby consider the representation dated 31.10.2018.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the FIR in Cr. No.502 dated 19.12.2018 under Section 379 & 430 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957. Hence, nothings survives in this writ petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader and the copy of the FIR, this Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
