The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the order in Criminal M.P. No. 328 of 2018 in Spl. SC. No.43 of 2015 dated 03.10.2018 on the file of Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during the pendency of this case, the proceedings in Spl.SC.No.43 of 2015 was ended in conviction and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioner is ended in conviction, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition. This Petition is closed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
