ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Amsa, aged 25 years sought production of his wife.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 & 2.

3. The alleged detenue has under written statement dated 14.11.2018 addressed to second respondent, denied relationship https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the petitioner stating that he has undertaken not to interfere with her life. Petitioner has also undertaken not to do so under statement dated 31.10.2018.

4. In the circumstances, this Petition does not survive consideration. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand dismissed.
