side of the petitioners bearing Doc.No.1638/2004 and 959/2004 SRO, Magudanchavadi and also to pay the additional market value under Section 23(1)(a), solatium under Section 23(2) and interest under Section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to the petitioners herein together with accrued interest, etc. within a reasonable period that may be stipulated by this Honorable Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the award passed by the Arbitrator.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.It is seen from the records that the impugned award is an appealable order under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the award in the manner
known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
