O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the arbitration proceedings preferred by the petitioner against the award passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed the arbitration proceedings under Sec.3-G(5) of National Highways Act against the award passed by the 2nd respondent on 14.06.2018. But, so far, the arbitration proceedings filed by the petitioner was not taken on file. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1st respondent is directed to consider the arbitration petition filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the said direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
