ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking records of the third respondent/the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone-IV, Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai, dated 04.10.2018 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents herein to consider the reinstatement into the service in accordance with the representations dated 18.01.2018 and 23.05.2018.

2. It is informed by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that C.C.No.1 of 2018 is still pending for trial before the Special Court for cases under Prevention and Corruption Act, at Chennai.

3. The petitioner seeks reinstatement. That can be examined by the respondents, only after conclusion of the trial in the aforementioned Calender Case. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is always at liberty to file a fresh writ petition, depending on the judgment given in the aforementioned C.C.No.1 of 2018.
