(NPD) No.3612 of 2018 C.R.P.(NPD) No.3612 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 15.11.2018 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the REP No.9 of 2017 within a period 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi, by way of letter dated 19.10.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further two months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
