The query with regard to discharge of loan can be an issue in the suit and as such, the Registry of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruvannamalai, may not be justified in rising this query and returning the plaint.

2. Hence, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruvannamalai is called upon to instruct his Registry to number the suit in O.S.SR.3364 of 2018, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
