ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that the respondent has violated the order dated 06.03.2017 in W.P.No.4499 of 2017, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.

The respondent has filed a status report dated 14.03.2022, wherein, in paragraph no.18, it is stated as follows: "18. I further submit that the applicant has furnished the revised drawings as on site & structural stability certificate on 11.03.2022. The order regularising the building under reference was issued on 11.03.2022 itself with the condition that the applicant should provided ramp and smoke ventilation system as stipulated by the DF & RS before applying for building license."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
