This Writ Petition has been filed, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 7.5.2018 followed by advocate notice dated 22.6.2018 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honorable Court.
2. This Writ Petition was filed by one of the member of the Respondent Club. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Respondent / Club is an unregistered club.
3. However, the respondent / Club is a private Club and no writ is maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for unregistered private Club.

4. This Writ Petition is not maintainable and accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
