The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.10.2018 to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme which is scheduled to be conducted on 09.11.2018 and 11.11.2018 at Arulmighu Shri Sakti Chinna Mariamman Temple, Chinna Veeranam, Salem District.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation has been given on 23.10.2018 in person requesting the respondent to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme which is scheduled to be conducted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.11.2018 and 11.11.2018 at Arulmighu Shri Sakti Chinna Mariamman Temple, Chinna veeranam, Salem District, for which also, no acknowledgment has been filed.

In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a Circular Memordanum in Rc.No.159539/Crime.4(3)/2018 dated 30.10.2018, in which, all the Inspectors/Station House Officers are given certain directions and instructions while considering such applications. 4.

Accordingly, the respondent-Police is directed to consider the application said to have been given to them on 23.10.2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
