ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a business transaction between the petitioner and the complainant and the amount is sought to be recovered from the petitioner by giving a police complaint and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner by calling him for enquiry in a pure money dispute.
2.In the facts and circumstances, if the police finds that the dispute between the parties is purely a money dispute, the parties can be relegated to the appropriate Civil Forum and respondent police shall restrain themselves from interfering with the dispute.
