Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Hon'ble Court order dated 24.09.2018 in Crl.OP.No.21926 of 2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.21926 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
