This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.09.2018 and issue CSR No.612 of 2018 by the respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, wherein liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
