The relief sought for in the present writ petition is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.02.2015, 20.10.2017, 27.11.2017, 17.03.2018 in the light of the recommendations made by the third respondent dated 18.11.2017 and 05.12.2017 and to provide annual increments, settle the arrears in the increment of salary and amount deducted from the salary on account of loss of pay to the petitioner.
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the annual increments due to him have not been paid.
The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner is working as clerk in the third respondent Bank and the annual increments as applicable to the post of clerk have not been disbursed to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the second respondent on 17.03.2018.
Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representations and other relevant orders or documents, if any, along with the orders passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
