ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to allow the petitioners to write their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination of 'A'-2017 batch scheduled to be conducted during December 2018 in the third respondent-Institution. 2.

At the time of admission of the Writ Petition, this Court, on 13.12.2018, had passed an order, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to allow the petitioners to write their examination of 'A'-2017 Batch scheduled to be conducted by December, 2018 in the third respondent-Institution. 3.

It is stated that pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioners had written their examination. 4.

As the prayer in this Writ Petition is already satisfied, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
