..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 3.9.2018 for sanction of General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and Encashment of Earned Leave/Private Affairs at the credit of the petitioner as on 31.5.2018, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court and also to impose the cost on the second respondent for his willful disobeyed of his legitimate duty to sanction the amount due to the petitioner as on the date of retirement.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
