ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking to transfer petitioner's father Bilal Haijiar @ A.Abdul Hameed, life convict No.3242 of Central Prison, Coimbatore, now taking treatment in Government Medical College Hospital, Coimbatore to KG Multi and Super Speciality Hospital situated at No.5, Government Arts College Road, Coimbatore or any other Specialized Hospital in Coimbatore so as to enable him to get effective treatment at petitioner's cost, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.In view of the order passed by this Court dated 19.08.2019 in H.C.P.No.1486 of 2019, ordering release of the petitioner's father/convict, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
