This petition has been filed seeking for Police protection.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner wants to measure his property with the help of the surveyor and the 2nd respondent is not permitting the surveyor to measure the property.

The petitioner has given a complaint to the 1st respondent on 01.10.2018 in this regard. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed seeking for Police protection.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 1st respondent to immediately call the parties for an enquiry and if the petitioner is able to satisfy regarding his right and title over the property with valid title documents, the 2nd respondent cannot resist the petitioner from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

undertaking a survey by the Tahsildar to mark the boundary stones. The respondent Police shall take an appropriate decision on the complaint dated 01.10.2018 given by the petitioner, in this regard, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
