21.08.2018 passed in W.A.No.380 of 2016.

2. The very Review jurisdiction would only arise to avoid miscarriage of justice and to correct the palpable error. If we consider the contention put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the same would be nothing but rehearing the appeal. To put it in a different way, it is an appeal in disguise. Therefore, the contention put forth by the petitioner will not come within the purview of review and there is no ground made out to review the order. Hence, the Review Application stands dismissed.
