Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.03.2017, 6.4.2017 and 25.07.2017 consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to mutate the revenue records with respect to the petitioner's properties situated in S.Nos.404/2A, 480,481,482,490/2,491/2, 494/1, 494/2, 495, 498, 507, 508 in Bendarahalli village, S.Nos.76/1, 77/1, 77/3, 78/1, 78/3, 76/2, 92, 135/1, 149, 150, 374, 64/1, 65 in thimmapuram Village and S.Nos.38, 39, 42, 43, 45, 46/2, 61/4, 64/2, 95/2, 96, 95/1, 12/1, 12/3, 4/2, 5/2, 13, 17, 37, 72, 73, 99, 100, 462, 463/1, 14, 15, 16, 18/1, 18/3, 19/1, 19/3, 33, 463/2, 97, 98 in Gundalapatti village and S.Nos.7, 8, 16, 87/1,

O R D E R

By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representations dated 27.03.2017, 6.4.2017 and 25.07.2017 and not to mutate the revenue records with respect to his properties situated at Bendarahalli Thimmapuram, Gundalapatti and Paiyur villages.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given several representations to the respondents 1 to 4 on various dates. One of such reliefs is not to mutate the revenue records of the petitioner's property with respect to petition mentioned survey numbers. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the representation dated 25.07.2017 seeking not to mutate the revenue records may be directed to be disposed of by the first respondent.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Mr.M.Thamizharasan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

5. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 7 herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 5 to 7 herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
