PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.C.No.104 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate(Fast Track) Court at Tiruppur and quash the same.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.104 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC)Court, Tiruppur.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has urged various grounds before this Court justifying to quash the proceedings.
3. The issues raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature and this Court cannot go into factual details and it is best to leave it to the Court below to decide the same in the course of the proceedings, on its own merits and in accordance with law. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the Court below. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
