The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to issue the Transfer Certificate three years B.L.Course Mark Sheets and to return the XII Standard and Standard Mark Sheets (Originals) pertaining to the petitioner to her within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 10.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
