The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent herein has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.25295 of 2017 before this Court challenging the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Salem in P.G.No.150/2016, dated 23.3.2017. By order dated 16.11.2017, this Court while granting interim stay, passed conditional order, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3rd respondent herein to deposit the entire amount claimed by the petitioner herein. Therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
