ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner without due processes of law 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that there is no complaint or petition pending against the petitioner before the Second and Third respondent Police. Insofar as the fourth respondent Police is concerned, there is an FIR pending against the mother and brother of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has been called for an enquiry.

4.Admittedly, in this case, no FIR is pending against this petitioner. If the respondent Police want to call the petitioner for an enquiry, he shall be issued with summons and thereafter called for an enquiry.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with above direction.
