By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.01.2017, to the first respondent, seeking for allotment of the land in Survey Nos.75 and 76 in his name, in lieu of converting the classification of lands as Erikavai to patta land. In respect of the same,the second respondent sent a letter to the third respondent dated 10.04.2017, directing him to take necessary steps on the said representation and after considering the same, communicate the decision thereof, to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent. Since, no action has been taken the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
