O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 20.10.2018 and the above order has been passed based on the representation submitted by the petitioner regarding the removal of perishable goods kept inside the shop as per the order passed by this Court. In the above Writ Petition, the petitioner also filed filed interim application seeking to consider the petitioner's application for grant of license.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though he has filed the Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the respondent, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suffice that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.10.2018 seeking for granting license for the above said shop.

Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.10.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the original allottee within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
