A.No.9201 of 2018 in T.O.S.No.11 of 1995 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J This application is filed by the applicant / plaintiff seeking a direction to return of the documents marked as Exs.P6 and P7.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that those documents were produced only to prove the execution of the Will and the applicant has a proposal to settle the property in favour of his sons. It is further submitted that the second respondent has filed a written statement supporting the case of the applicant and she does not have any serious objection.

3. Mrs.Sujatha Rangarajan, learned counsel, who is appearing for the respondents has no instructions.

4. Considering the fact that the documents Exs.P6 and P7 were marked only to prove the execution of the Will and the applicant now substituted the documents by certified copies, I am of the opinion that the http://www.judis.nic.in
