ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents police to produce the minor child named Sai Sabarish Kumar, (aged 3 1⁄2 years) who has been detained illegally by the second respondent and handed over them to custody of the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the very complaint itself has been withdrawn as the matter has been resolved between the parties.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
