ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to forbear the respondent, his subordinates, contractors and workers from laying road in S.

No.388/6 at Kabilar Malai, Kabilakurichi Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk,

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the subject land is classified as "Temple Poromoboke" and therefore, road laying work cannot be done. Subsequently, during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondent has passed an order, to that effect, cancelleling the tender for the purpose of laying road in the subject land.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
