It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff as well as the defendants that the matter may be posted before learned Mediator Mr.Sathya Rao to arrive at an amicable settlement.

2. Hence, the Registry is directed to post this matter before Mr.Sathya Rao, learned Mediator, Tamilnadu Conciliation and Mediation Centre, High Court, Madras on 27.11.2023 and both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 27.11.2023.

The remuneration for the Mediator shall be borne by both parties.
