Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a property transaction between the petitioner and the complainant and the amount is sought to be recovered from the petitioner by giving a police complaint and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner by calling him for enquiry in a pure money dispute.

2.In the facts and circumstances, if the police finds that the dispute between the parties is purely a money dispute, the parties can be relegated to the appropriate Civil Forum and respondent police shall restrain themselves from interfering with the dispute.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
