Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report the respondent police Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further order by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13404 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.18405 of 2018 dated 08.10.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAMKUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.18405 of 2018, dated 29.08.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
