These three petitions have been filed by the petitioners, i) to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of A.Nagalingam Konar, the sole respondent on 14.01.2018 in the above appeal, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of A.Nagalingam Konar, the sole respondent and iii) to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased A.Nagalingam Konar, the sole respondent and array them as respondents 2 to 6 in the above CMA.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent/Transport Corporation has no objection in allowing these three applications. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all the three petitions are allowed.
4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 08.06.2023.
