This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned transfer order passed by the 1st respondent in Proc.no.9319/A1/2018, dated 01.11.2018 and the consequential order issued by the 2nd respondent in ACW/PL-1/2018 dated 07.11.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to allow the petitioner to join duty at Ariyalur Cements Factory as Technical Executive (Mech.) itself.
