Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that is the petitioner should appear before the respondent police 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honorable Court in Crl.MP.No.11386 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.578 of 2017 dated 08.09.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioners, and of Mrs.V.SARATHADEVI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, vide its order dated 08.09.2017, directing the petitioners/appellants to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.until further orders. 2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate that there is no violation of the condition imposed by this Court as far as the first petitioner is concerned. However, she would submit that the second petitioner has violated the condition imposed by this Court. by this Court, in its order dated 08.09.2017, could not be relaxed, in the circumstances of the case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
