This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.Ser 1(1)/Pd1-377/DRO/2018 dated 09-10-2018 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1-2 to first implement the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 11/09/2018 in Civil Appeal No.9334/2018 by drawing seniority list in all posts in the Revenue Department above the post of Deputy Tahsildar by applying the Rule of Reservation before effecting any further promotions.
