R.Pandurangan v. The Chairman
W.M.P.No.34745 of 2018 in W.P.No.18434 of 2018 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.
AND K.RAJASEKAR, J.
According to the petitioners/ proposed respondents, based on their complaint, action has been initiated for removal of the encroachments, which fact has been refuted by the writ petitioner.
In order to give a quietus to the matter and to ascertain as to whether public road has been encroached or not, apart from other encroachments that have been alleged by the official respondents, we feel that the petitioners/proposed respondents are the necessary parties for effective adjudication of the matter. Therefore, this petition is allowed.
Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause Title.
