This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for a sum of Rs.15,69,462.92/- failing which to pass an order of attachment of the immovable properties described in the schedule to the judges summons pending initiation and disposal of the arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondent and till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2.Despite service of notice to the respondent, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3.In view of the same, the respondent is directed to furnish security for a sum of Rs.15,69,462.92/- on or before 22.04.2020.

4.Applicant is permitted to communicate the order to the respondent privately as well as by way of paper publication in any local daily both in Regional language and in English with significant circulation in Surat in the Sate of Gujarat stating the date of hearing as 22.04.2020.
