PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation in connection with the Crime No.113 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police to 2nd respondent herein.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in connection with Crime No.113 of 2018, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The petitioner lost his son on 05.09.2018, since he consumed Rat Poison. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's son committed suicide only because of the harass given by the professor of the college. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, eventhough the respondent police have registered an F.I.R under Section 174 of Cr.P.C, no action has been taken till date and therefore, the present petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is effectively conducting the investigation and viscera report is awaited. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that immediately after the receipt of the report, the respondent police will file a report before the appropriate Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdiction Magistrate. 6.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
