ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter K.Suganya, before this Court and restore her to the custody of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

3. Second respondent has secured the detenue having found her in the company of third respondent. A case stands registered in crime No.278 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent for offences u/s. 363, 366 A IPC and Sec. 4 of POSCO Act and the third respondent stands remanded to judicial custody.

4. The detenue is present as is the petitioner her mother. The detenue informs to return to her parental home, the petitioner is willing to take her back.

5. The petition shall stand closed.
